Irpinia Aglianico DOC “Tenebrae”

A product of the Anno Domini 1590 winery, produced in the Irpinia region (Campania) under the Taurasi DOCG designation.

It ferments in stainless steel tanks and rests for at least 12 months in oak barrels, acquiring body and complexity.

• Color: Intense ruby red with violet hues
• Aroma: Black fruits (plum, blackberry), notes of cocoa, coffee, and toasted spices
• Taste: Dry, with firm, warm tannins and a long finish that harmonizes ripe fruit and cocoa
• Serving temperature: 16–18°C
• Pairing: Ideal with red meats, game stews, cured cheeses, and artisanal cured meats
